The Indians Are Coming

We hear all the time just how secure our borders are. Obama and Napolitano say illegal entry is dwindling, our borders are more secure than ever. Arizona has gone beyond the call of duty and imposed SB1070 to deter the illegals from coming into their state. Our Federal Government sues them, then tell the National Guards stationed along the border they can not detain illegals, they can not carry firearms and they can not confront them. This really makes me feel safe, Obama sent troops to the border but they can not do a darn thing! (Another waste of taxpayer money). The drug traffickers and human smugglers know that our National Guard is not a threat to them.

Our country is now coping with an invasion of people coming here illegally from India. The last 3 months of 2010 650 Indians crossed our borders in Texas, they were taken to detention, interrogated and claimed they were in fear for their lives and were seeking asylum. Many have been released on their own recognizance, with the promise they would appear in court. The majority never appear in court. They were released and free to go anywhere they wanted. Since the mass exodus began last year 1,600 have been detained...up drastically from 2009 where only 99 Indians were caught. It is speculated that possibly a thousand or more have entered our country without being detected. These people pay from $12,000 to $20,000 to smugglers for their nearly month long illegal journey to the US. They are smuggled into Mexico from countries such as Ecuador, Guatemala and Venezuela. Believe it or not Mexico requires travelers from India to have a Visa.

With the astonishing increase in Indian migration the courts have began imposing stricter regulations on them. Most of them say they fear for their lives, and blame the countries political structure. The majority of these people come from poverty stricken countries and speak broken or no English. The judges have began deporting some or putting $10,000 to $40,000 bonds on them, thus they are released and free to go where ever they want until their court date to determine if asylum or deportation should be given.

Recently Radical Muslim Cleric,  Said Jaziri who had been kicked out and banned from Canada and France was caught entering the US in the trunk of a Mexican BMW. He paid a Tijuana smuggling cartel $5,000 to get him anywhere in the United States where he would be safe.

Police officers in Arizona are being told by the cartels to look the other way or die. Gunfire coming from cartel wars in Mexico is in-filtering our border towns. American road workers are being fired upon from the Mexican side. People are being attacked and killed while enjoying a day of boating on border lakes. People protecting their property are being sued by illegals and they are winning! Will justice ever prevail when it comes to illegal lawbreakers?

Meanwhile Janet Napolitano went to Afghanistan to teach them how to secure their borders! What a joke that is, she is no one to talk to them about border security.

Obama wants to give ALL the illegals here amnesty and give them the God given rights of our Constitution and the charity of our welfare system. There can be no talk of amnesty if we can not secure our borders. Just imagine the migration we will have in this country. Our already broken economy and budget can not sustain any more burdens.

We shouldn't be giving asylum to people like the Indians who have no threat on their lives, most of them are so poor, they see a way to come here and enjoy the fruits of our labor. We have got to make the Liberals understand that we can't afford any more free-loaders in this country.

Motor Voter Law Being Shredded

Voters Beware - voter fraud will reach an all time high this year. We got rid of Acorn, but their damage was done and most of it has not been undone. Illegal people are registering to vote and there appears to be no cross references to stop it. The DOJ is not prosecuting voter fraud and enforcing the laws of the land. They have made exceptions for states not to send out their absentee ballots on time. By doing so, many overseas soldiers will not receive their ballots in a timely manner to have them returned on or before the election date. What a sin our government can not insure that the men and women, who are so willingly fighting for our Country, will be allowed to vote. If their ballot is returned too late, their vote will not count!

In 1993 President Bill Clinton signed the National Voter Registration Act into law. The NVRA act also known as the Motor Voter Act was established to enhance the Voting opportunities of every American. When applying for a drivers license or renewal you can register to vote. The provision was enacted to make easier access for registration to minorities and underprivileged Citizens. Persons applying for disability or welfare assistance were given the opportunity to register to vote at various public offices including the Department of Motor Vehicles. Thus the nick name of the Motor Voter Law. Mail in registrations were also made available, currently you can register on-line in many states and no ID is required.

Of great importance is Section 8 of the Motor Voter Law, which is being ignored by the US Department of Justice. This section creates requirement for how States maintain accurate and current voter registration lists for federal elections. Persons who have become ineligible to vote due to death or moving from the district must be removed from the local rolls . A person convicted of a disqualigying crime (felony and not regained their Civil Rights) or deemed mentally incapacitated are to be removed from the voter rolls.

One would think with the great electronic technology we now have the lists would be easy to maintain and cross reference files would be formed and be available to all states, so a person could not possibly vote as a dead person, illegal or a felon. Mail-in voting requires no identification.

A group of concerned citizens in Houston, Tx. created "True the Vote", a Tea Party style grass roots effort to stop voter fraud. They began looking into households with more than 6 voters. They discovered most voting districts in this group Republicans had 1,800 and Democrats had 2,400. They discovered one district with 24,000 addresses with more than 6 registered voters per household.

Their findings determined vacant lots had several voters registered. A halfway house with only 8 beds had more than 40 voters for that address. The findings focused on a voter registration group call Houston Votes. Of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted only 1,793 were valid. Other findings True the Vote uncovered were: One lady registered 6 times on the same day; illegals were registered; 1,597 registrations named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures; one  registrar for Houston Votes turned in so many applications in one day it was humanly unfeasible to do. If dead, ineligible felons and illegals are allowed to vote, it is voter fraud.

Whistle blower J. Christian Adams in a recent interview on Fox News revealed that DOJ Julie Fernandez currently supervising the voting section says, "We have no interest in forcing this provision of the law it has absolutely nothing to do with increasing turn out, that it prevented access to the ballot box and we're just not going to do it." The Bush administration filed a case against Miss. and also the New Black Panthers, which this administration dismissed. 
No further voter fraud cases have been brought forth in the Obama administration.       Video

Another DOJ whistle blower, Chris Coates, DOJ former Chief of the Voting Section was subpoenaed by the U.S. Civil Rights Division (CRV and subsequently forbidden to testify by the Department of Justice. Fortunately he did testify before the CRV read his testimony here. He fully supported Adams statements, and a full investigation is underway against the DOJ. 
These two men are true Patriots who stood up against this corrupt government and for the Constitution and our citizens. 


These are just some of the examples of what is going on in voter fraud, and absolutely nothing is being done about it. In my opinion, the reason the DOJ is not prosecuting voter fraud is the Democrats need all the illegal votes they can get in order to win the election this November. If you know of any voter fraud going on in your district, contact your voters league and your district attorney. It is time for a rejuvenation of our justice system, let's be like the "True the Vote" organization and take matters into our own hands.

I do not want to elect officials based on illegal votes. It is my belief that much voter fraud went on in the 2008 elections and it should have been investigated by this administration.
Acorn and the SEIU have close ties to the far left Liberals. Look what we won, an administration based on deceit and lies who want nothing more than to dictate to us how we will live. They are shredding our Constitution and our laws.

Proof of identification should be required on all voter forms and at all voting locations.

Spend - Spend - Spend

Obama has been preaching to the citizens of this Country to "tighten your belts in this unstable economy". He has even gone so far as to tell the Country we do not need to spend our money in Vegas. Which vastly hurt Las Vegas' economy. In other words we should not have any freedom to spend our money as we see fit. We, The People, have been doing all we can to make ends meet and most of us enjoy very little or no entertainment. Our unemployment rate is at an all time high. Our Country's deficit continues to grow and we are worried and mad. It appears to me that when this president speaks and tells us what to do he, his administration and his family do not need to follow his orders, they do just the opposite.

We all know Michelle and Sasha took a fantastic vacation to Spain. There is much controversy about the cost and who is paying for it. According to the law, the government does not pay for personal trips for the first family. The cost of the round trip air flight is about $178,000. The room rates at the Villa the Obama's stayed in range from $400 to $6,500 per night! Apparently the First Family is to pay for the expense of the Air Force jet and any other expenses.

What does irk me is the money we, the taxpayers, will have to pay for all the security guards to go on vacation with Michelle and Sasha. We pay for ALL their expenses. For security reasons, we aren't allowed to know how much of our money was wasted so Michelle could live like a queen!

Obama wants to take from the rich and give to the poor! I am laughing about that, we sure don't see him reaching into HIS pocket to share his wealth with any of us! We have to cut the deficit he says, but at who's expense? Ours of course. He never has to live like we do and pay for insurance or wonder if he will have anything left for his retirement. He doesn't have to wonder about unemployment, he will continue to receive his current salary long after he is out of office. These new demands and laws he is putting on the citizens are more than we can afford. I still haven't heard what he ever did with the money he received from the Nobel Prize (which he should have had the decency to refuse). Supposedly he was going to give it to a charity.

The money this administration is blowing on frivolous actions is very degrading to our Country. Our Country should come first, but I don't feel our Country means anything to them. It appears to me that Obama is playing a game of Life, but never grew up and realized he is playing with real people, real businesses, and real money not a game board.

Michelle has 22 personal staff members, yes We pay their salaries. To see the list of titles and names check this out at Snopes. Obama has created 38 Czars, all of whom receive generous salaries from us. Past Presidents and First Ladies all had Czars and personal staff, but this is ridiculous. Never before have we had such spend-aholics in the White House. 

I am so appalled that the person who occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. thinks he is so much better than us, that HE deserves to spend OUR money as he sees fit. We have given our children's futures to greedy Socialists. Not one of his expensive bills he has passed have the majority of the people wanted.

The arrogant pres was scheduled to give a lecture on the economy to a local DC business just 6 miles from his beloved oval office, a mere 20 minute drive through DC with his motorcade. Sounds like a pretty simple trip to me. The money spending Socialist didn't want to drive so he took Marine One on a 6 mile joyride! Marine One is the Presidential Helicopter, and always flies in groups of identical choppers, sometimes as many as 5. At the destination there is generally at least one fully dressed Marine to greet the President and a limousine is waiting. WE pay for all that.

I could not find any figures on the expenses we will pay for this flight, but I can imagine the humongous price tag we paid for his joyride. Years ago we frivolously chartered a very small helicopter (carried 2 passengers) for an hour flight and paid $400 for the ride. 

I can not imagine the cost of his 6 mile flight aboard Marine One for Obama and his entourage.

According to CBS News this is his 300th trip aboard Marine One.

We need to work on our Representatives and Senators to pass new laws that will curtail some of the frivolous spending our government does. They are cheating us out of our Country.

Az Lawsuit - Another Ploy For Minority Votes?

From day one, the Obama administration has been refuting the wishes of the majority of Americans. I won't go into all the details since we all know what they are.
Arizona's SB 1070 has been under fire since it's conception, by this administration, the ACLU, states, cities and various organizations. Obama has claimed this bill as misguided and irresponsible. Despite frantic calls from Az. Governor Jan Brewer, he has shown his irresponsibility by refusing to meet with her. He finally granted her a few minutes of his precious time last month, I am sure as a result of pressure from the media.

From the day he was sworn into office as the President of the United States, he has shown partiality towards the Hispanic and minority communities. He has promised the Illegal Aliens (the majority of whom are Hispanic) complete amnesty. Which he has yet to fulfill.

He started a racial problem with a college professor (whom he knew) and a law officer, which resulted in a solve-nothing "Beer Summit." As if that was going to stop, what he interfered in, to begin the aspect of racial profiling.

As time goes on it is obvious this man disrespects the United States of America. I wonder why he just doesn't resign and go ruin someone else's country.

After his refusal to send assistance to the border states, Arizona decided to uphold the Constitution of The United states of America and pass SB1070. The short bill (17 pages) is patterned after the Constitution, and the states are obligated to uphold the Constitution. That is what is Arizona is doing. The law specifically specifies there cannot be any racial profiling in asking for identification and citizenship status.

Although Obama has ridiculed the bill on moral disapproval, his Department of Justice is suing the State of Arizona and Governor Jan Brewer. Read the Lawsuit it is only 25 pages double spaced.

The administration stresses the lawsuit is about the law and it's legalities, they claim Az is trying to enforce immigration status and that is the the federal government's responsibility and not the states.

All this leaves one to wonder if this is not another campaign ploy to get the Hispanic voters on the side of the Democrats. Polls show over 70% of voters favor SB1070, I do not think there will be enough Hispanic voters turn out at the polls this November to help the Democrats. I live in Lubbock, Texas where Hispanics are the majority, and I have not met one who believes the bill will promote racial profiling. Many of the Hispanics voted for Obama, but shortly thereafter have changed their party affiliation. They do NOT want amnesty for ALL illegals. And the DO approve of SB1070 and say they will be proud to show their identity.

Has the Obama administration overstepped it's bounds by suing Arizona? There are already states and organizations and even an illegal suing. Many scholars believe the lawsuits will not stand up in court, including the DOJ's. Arizona is already strapped financially and they are asking for donations to aid in their defense. Now the Federal Government is suing Az for the same complaints, why add the burden of a Federal lawsuit to the state of Az. Why am I going to pay for a non-American government to sue an American State. That's right you and I will be paying the bill. I will donate gladly for the defense of Arizona, but my tax dollars will be paid very begrudgingly.

Greta van Susteren of Fox News has a great blog out about the DOJ's lawsuit, here is just on excerpt from the lawsuit filed with the court:

"If allowed to go into effect, SB 1070's mandatory enforcement scheme will conflict with and undermine the federal government's careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities and objectives..." (paragraph 4 of the lawsuit)

Greta's response: "If I were representing Arizona, I would want to know who wrote the above. Why should the government's "careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities" give the feds green light to ignore violations of the law? We have laws so we all know where the line is and the Feds can't keep moving the lines. And how can the fed government's objectives be anything but lawful enforcement of the law it has written and passed? If the feds don't want to enforce a law, the feds should abolish the law. Selective enforcement is not right - either enforce the law or get rid of it."


Gov. Brewer's response to the lawsuit filed by the DOJ: "It is wrong that our own federal government is suing the people of Arizona for helping to enforce federal immigration law. As a direct result of failed and inconsistent federal enforcement, Arizona is under attack from violent Mexican drug and immigrant smuggling cartels," she said in a written statement. "Now, Arizona is under attack in federal court from President Obama and his Department of Justice." She also accused the Obama administration of a "massive waste of taxpayer funds."

I believe Obama will do anything he can to get the minority votes. If we have an honest Justice System he will not win this lawsuit on the grounds he filed on. What do you think?

Time For Truth Or Consequences!

Rep. Joe Sestak(D-Pa) has often stated he was offered a job by the Obama Administration if he would drop out of the Senatorial primary race in Pennsylvania running against Sen. Arlen Specter(D-Pa) Spector long time Republican, turned Democrat last year in the hope he would win the Senate seat back, fearing he couldn't beat the Republican contender. Sestak refused the job offer and won the Dem primary.
Was Sestak being offered a bribe from White House personnel?
"They tried to bribe me out of the race by offering me a job."  Repeatedly Sestak has said "I'm not lying."

If Sestak is not lying, then someone in the The Big "O" Administration is in deep shit!

Dick Morris appeared on the Sean Hannity show May 25 and had the following to say:
"Obviously, the offer of a significant job in the White House could not be made unless it was by Rahm Emanuel or cleared with Rahm Emanuel," he said. If the job offer was high enough that it also had Obama's apppoval, "that is a high crime and misdemeanor."

Hannity asked him if was an impeachable offense, Morris replied "Absolutely."

Karl Rove on Greta Van Susteran's "On the Record" show revealed the some of the laws regarding this.
"Look, that's a violation of the federal code: 18 USC 600 says that a federal official cannot promise employment, a job in the federal government, in return for a political act.

"Somebody violated the law. If Sestak is telling the truth, somebody violated the law," Rove said. "Section 18 USC 211 says you cannot accept anything of value in return for hiring somebody. Well, arguably, providing a clear path to the nomination for a fellow Democrat is something of value.

He continued, citing a third law passage: "18 USC 595, which prohibits a federal official from interfering with the nomination or election for office. ... 'If you'll get out, we'll appoint you to a federal office,' – that's a violation of the law."

Robert Gibbs, White House Press Secretary said White House Lawyers have looked into the matter and fount nothing inappropriate.

"I've said all I'm going to say on the matter. … Others need to explain whatever their role might be," Sestak said on CNN this week. "I have a personal accountability; I should have for my role in the matter, which I talked about. Beyond that, I'll let others talk about their role."

According to Politico, the Justice Department has rejected a request from Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., for a special counsel to investigate and reveal the truth of the controversy. Issa told Politico "The attorney general's refusal to take action in the face of such felonious allegations undermines any claim to transparency and integrity that this administration asserts."

Of Sestak, Issa said "Joe Sestak has a moral imperative to come forward and expose who within the Obama Administration tried to bribe him."

We should all contact our Representatives and Senators insisting on a full investigation into this. Ha, maybe this will be something Obama can't get out of. Let's put more pressure on Rep. Joe Sestak to reveal more of the incident. It is understandable Sestak doesn't want to upset his position with Democrats and the White House, especially with elections coming up in November. Morally he is obligated to expose all the details for the best interest of this country. I believe Sestak was offered a bribe from the White House, We The People want to know the truth. Who is behind this bribe? Did Obama Know About It? Someone needs to be prosecuted for their actions. ..mmm impeach Obama? That's definitely not out of the question.
Let's get to the bottom of this and let the guilty one suffer the consequences no matter who he or she is!
