A New Future

mThere has been so much talk about the State Of The Union Address that Obama with his usual flair of eloquence gave on Wed night in only 70 short minutes. The sad thing is no one seems to be talking about the wonderful GOP Response given by Governor Bob McDonnell (R-Va). In a few minutes he summed up Obama's speech and showed the same flair of eloquence as Obama but with sincerety. I fear the delay between the Prez's speach and McDonnell's was too long and some people didn't want to hear the recap on Obama and clicked the TV off. Maybe many people flipped him off during the long and dull speach. The person most enjoying it seemed to be Nancy Pelosi.

Gov. Bob McDonnell was recently sworn in following a special election, which started the upset of the Dem party and the beginning of the Grand New Party (GNP). A Revolution is beginning.

Although encouraged with Obama's talk on unemployment, McDonnnell said "1 in 10 American workers is unemployed. That is unacceptable." Not actually condeming the current administration he went onto say "Good government policy should spur economic growth, and strengthen the private sector’s ability to create new jobs."

The Gov. talked about Health Care and agreed we need to reform it stating "Republicans in Congress have offered legislation to reform healthcare, without shifting Medicaid costs to the states, without cutting Medicare, and without raising your taxes." Implying the partisan Dems carried out all the negotiations without any support from the Repubs. The Repubs solutions are not 1,000 pages and would be read by all and not tax us to death.

McDonnell brought up the near disaster on Christmas Day and commented on the beliefs of the majority. "This foreign terror suspect was given the same legal rights as a U.S. citizen, and immediately stopped providing critical intelligence. As Senator-elect Scott Brown says, we should be spending taxpayer dollars to defeat terrorists, not to protect them." I wish more of our Administration had those feelings.

On the Administrations  handling the banks, auto industry and even small businesses he had this to say, "Top-down one-size fits all decision making should not replace the personal choices of free people in a free market, nor undermine the proper role of state and local governments in our system of federalism."

Realizing the fears the citizens of the United States have about the direction this Country is headed, he stressed we shouldn't be. "Some people are afraid that America is no longer the great land of promise that she has always been. They should not be."  I am afraid we will fear for this Great Country if major changes aren't made this year.

His closing statements talked about the beginning of a new future for our wonderful United States of America, Land of the Free.

"Our Founders pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to create this nation. Now, we should pledge as Democrats, Republicans and Independents--Americans all---to work together to leave this nation a better place than we found it.
God Bless you, and God Bless our great nation."

These are just a few of his remarks. It was very encouraging to hear someone who happens to be hearing what we are saying.

The People Of Massachusettes Have Spoken

On Tues. Jan. 19, 2010 the United States was sitting on pins and needles as we awaited the election returns for the special US Senate seat in Massachusettes. An Independent Scott Brown was running on the Repub ticket against Martha Coakley the well known Dem candidate. From the beginning the odds were against Brown, as the election drew near, the Dems realized they were in trouble. Mass. is predominately a Democratic State. The seat up for grabs was the one occupied by the legendary Ted Kennedy for 46 years.

The citizens of Mass. came together and took this Country by surprise, they had the courage to stand up for their strong beliefs and say they were fed up with the current administration.

Brown is an Independent who ran with the Republican party. His overwhelming victory has stunned the world.

"As state Senator, Scott Brown has led the fight in Massachusetts against wasteful government spending and higher taxes. He is a free-market advocate who believes our strength as a nation flows from its people. He believes in a culture of family, patriotism and freedom. At his September 12 announcement of candidacy for the U.S. Senate, Senator Brown articulated a core set of beliefs that guide his thinking.

•Government is too big and that the federal stimulus bill made government bigger instead of creating jobs
•Taxes are too high and are going higher if Congress continues with its out-of-control spending
•The historic amount of debt we are passing on to our children and grandchildren is immoral
•Power concentrated in the hands of one political party, as it is here in Massachusetts, leads to bad government and poor decisions
•A strong military and vigorous homeland defense will protect our interests and security around the world and at home
•All Americans deserve health care, but we shouldn't have to create a new government insurance program to provide it"

Sounds too good to be true, we now have an Independent person who was elected on the Republican ticket with the same beliefs we the people have. The change we want is coming to DC.

Scott Brown comes to the US Senate with new hope for all the people of America. He was little known throughout the Country, until the real Patriots of the Country discovered him. The Republican Party realizing what a critical vote this was began pushing his campaign, Patriots across the Country began to feal his beliefs are real and not just a lot of promises.His record as State Sen proves that. Brown fought State Government for the beliefs of his constituents. The support for him came as a big surprise to the Dems, they tried to save the election, but failed.

There is already talk on both sides of the party to revamp their political strategies, could this be the beginning of a bipartisan government? Will both parties move towards the center for the good of all the Country?

I believe he will be the first of many free advocates to enter the political arena this year. The people are finally being heard. Yes change is coming if we all work together and have the courage of the people of Mass. voters. They appeared at the polls in record numbers on a miserable snowy day for a special election. They realized just how 'special' this election was. It could be the turning point for the future of this Country.

Pork For Global Warming

The Obama administration continues to make some of the most ludicrous decisions when it comes to our money. Below is just another example.
The National Center For Public Policy Research sent out a press release criticizing the Obama Administration for awarding the grant.

Penn State Professor Michael Mann was awarded a half million dollar grant from the stimulus package. This man is currently under investigation by Penn State for "activities related to a closed circle of climate scientists who appear to have been engaged in agenda driven science. Emails and documents mysteriously released from the previously-prestigious Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom revealed discussions of manipulation and destruction of research data, as well as efforts to interfere with the peer review process to stifle opposing views. The motivation underlying these efforts appears to be a coordinated strategy to support the belief that mankind's activities are causing global warming."

Prof. Mann is also a key figure in the Climategate scandal. The Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom recently revealed emails and documents concerning the manipulation and destruction of research data.

"It's outrageous that economic stimulus money is being used to support research conducted by Michael Mann at the very time he’s under investigation by Penn State and is one of the key figures in the international Climategate scandal. Penn State should immediately return these funds to the U.S. Treasury," said Tom Borelli, Ph.D., director of the National Center's Free Enterprise Project.

"It's no wonder that Obama's stimulus plan is failing to produce jobs. Taxpayer dollars aren't being used in the ways most likely to spur job creation. The stimulus was not sold to the public as a way to reward a loyalist in the climate change debate. Nor was the stimulus sold as a way to promote the Obama Administration's position on the global warming theory. This misuse of stimulus money illustrates why tax cuts are a better way to stimulate the economy than letting the government decide where to spend taxpayer dollars. As is often the case, political considerations corrupt the distribution of government funds," said Deneen Borelli, a full-time fellow with the National Center's Project 21 black leadership network.

"Mann's credentials as a climate change alarmist seems to fit the political criteria for stimulus funds sometimes known as 'Obama money'," added Deneen Borelli.


Prof. Mann was criticized years ago for his hockey stick graph.


The government wants the world to believe mankind is responsible for Global Warming. Just another way the Obama administration can control us and the World. It is absurd to think that our government so carelessly gives money away to researchers without even knowing their past credentials. I agree with Mr. Borelli the grant money should be returned.

Congressman Challenges Obama's Eligibility

On Jan. 5, 2009 The Post & Email publicly confirmed that Congressman Nathan Deal (R-Ga) has challenged the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of the US Presidency.


Deal's Chief of Staff, Todd Smith has confirmed that Rep Deal sent a letter to Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility to hold the offce of President of the USA. The letter was sent electronically on Dec. 1, 2009, and Congressman Deal has received confirmation of it's delivery. Rep Deal was the only one to sign the request.

For the first time in 233 years a sitting House of Representative member has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president.

I hope that more members of Congress will have the courage to stand up for the rights of all American Citizens and do the same. It is our right to know the TRUTH. Just because we want to know the truth doesn't mean we are what the leftists are calling us, Birthers!

If Obama is not eligible to be our President then every bill he has signed will become null and void. Soldiers sent into war under his command can be tried as war criminals.

More Obama Transparency

The Obama administration is facing more trouble with their lack of transparency. A federal lawsuit has been filed in U.S. District Court, by the National Right to Work Foundation The Department of Labor (DOL) has ignored a series of requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation (NRTW).

The American people have the right to know about the close connections between the Big Labor operatives and DOL officials.

A pledge made by Obama on his first day in office is just another lie. He pledged that his appointees "will not for a period of two years ... participate in any particular matter involving speific parties that is directly and substantially related to their former employer."

The possibility of conflicts of interest start right at the top, with Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis. She formerly held a leadership position with American Rights at Work, funded by the AFL-CIO and Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Now as Secretary of Labor has been given a free pass. While serving as a member of Congress she helped oversee ARAW's lobbying program (a Congressional ethics problem).

NTRW also is requesting information on Deborah Greenfield a former AFL-CIO lawyer. A suit was filed by her on behalf of Big Labor, hoping to stop the implementation of modest disclosure requirements for union official. Quess what? Now Greenfield is overseeing the roll back of those same reporting guidelines.

Seven months ago a FOIA request was filed for by the National Right to Work Foundation. The only response they received were a few cursory status updates. The statutory requirement to provide disclosure was ignored by Obama's DOL. Now they will hopefully be forced to comply with it's obligations under the Freedom of Information Act.

I wonder are they hiding information? Are Solis and Greenfield coordinating their activities with union operatives?

The 2009 Christmas Story

‘Twas The Morning Before Christmas

‘Twas the morning before Christmas and all through the room,

The Democrats were stirring while our Country lay in doom.

Their pork barrels were hung by the White House with care,

In hopes that Obama soon would be there.

The vote had been taken, like thieves who don’t care,

With hopes that the public would never be there.

Pelosi with her broom and Reid with a bat,

Had just settled down for a long winter nap.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,

They jumped from their beds to see what was the matter.

Away to the windows they flew like a flash

Tore open the shutter and got bombed with hash.

The moon on the breast of the new fallen snow,

Gave the luster of horror from the people below.

Then what to their wandering eyes should appear,

But protestor signs and thousands of sneers.

They moved to the side, faces now cringed with fear,

In hopes that the Great one soon would be near.

More rapid than eagles the closer he came,

He whistled and shouted and called them by name.

Now Landrieu and Barney and Boxer and Lester,

On Franken on Burris on Dodd and then Spector.

From the top of the wall to the top of the roof,

Now show me some spirit, that mob ain’t coherent.

So up to the house top, the closer he flew,

With a sleigh full of taxes and promises too.

And then in a twinkling they heard on the roof,

The prancing and pawing of transparent goofs.

As they still hung their heads and were turning around,

Through the chimney he came gagged and bound.

He was dressed all in black from his head to his foot,

And his clothes were all tarnished from protestor soot.

His eyes, how they twinkled his dimples how merry!

Because of promises broken he glowed like a cherry.

He spoke not a word but went straight to his work,

After filling the pork barrels he turned with a jerk.

Putting a finger to his nose,

He turned to the chimney and up it he rose.

He sprang to his sleigh giving a whistle,

Then sleazed away like a thief on a missile.

I heard him exclaim as he flew out of sight,

‘It’s now my way or not, and to all a good fight.’

Take Prostitution Out Of Government

Americans are fed up with the do nothing Comander In Chief and the Congress we have today. Obama's polls are dropping in every category listed on the charts.

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid continue to dump their garbage on us even while the majorty is saying no, we don't want it.

It is time they look up the meaning of transparency and honesty. Obama proclaims transparency, then tells the Republicans they can't attend a White House meeting pertaining to issues of Health Care Reform. The White House is threatening Sen. Ben Nelson (D-Nebraska) with taking an Air Force Command center out of his state if he does not vote for health care.

Members of Congresss are being bought off in order for Obama to say he achieved anything this year.

It is time to stand up and say quit trying to shove down our throat what we don't want. WE WILL VOTE YOU OUT!

Prostitutes can be bought throughout our Country. It is time to take them out of politics and put them back on the street with the rest of their kind.

Don't transform our Country or share the wealth. Get off your do nothing butt-- and do something for this Country.

I guess because of Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and every Congress person who votes to pass socialized health care we will see the beginning to the end of Freedom.

Americans are saying "You can no longer blame it on Big Mac, Senators and Congressmen are having a Pork Attack."
