Congressman Challenges Obama's Eligibility

On Jan. 5, 2009 The Post & Email publicly confirmed that Congressman Nathan Deal (R-Ga) has challenged the eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of the US Presidency.

Deal's Chief of Staff, Todd Smith has confirmed that Rep Deal sent a letter to Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility to hold the offce of President of the USA. The letter was sent electronically on Dec. 1, 2009, and Congressman Deal has received confirmation of it's delivery. Rep Deal was the only one to sign the request.

For the first time in 233 years a sitting House of Representative member has officially challenged the legitimacy of a sitting president.

I hope that more members of Congress will have the courage to stand up for the rights of all American Citizens and do the same. It is our right to know the TRUTH. Just because we want to know the truth doesn't mean we are what the leftists are calling us, Birthers!

If Obama is not eligible to be our President then every bill he has signed will become null and void. Soldiers sent into war under his command can be tried as war criminals.

Please go to and read the entire article, forward this page on to all your friends and Congressmen.

We, The People need to know the truth!

  1. I think Mr. Obama is hiding his papers. Even though I would not vote for him again, he is our President and we need to stand by him. I am an individual who cannot afford health care and would like to see this bill go through. However, like many others I can't understand how our government would let the public pay for a service they can not use for four years.

  2. I agree with you that in 233 years this is the first president that has ever had his eligibility challenged. Like you I would like to know the truth. Many of my friends state that he was born in America and that we should not doubt it. If this is the case, I say to him to show his papers.

  3. I wish Representative Deal was from my state. I am going to write to my rep. and tell him he should do the same.
