Despite Backlash Jan Brewer Stands Her Ground

Arizona's new immigration law has reached new highs. Not only are there protesters against the law, but supporters of the law are gathering in every state. The controversial law is setting forth precedents for other states to follow. Michigan, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania are a few states with legislation before their state congress. Texas along with other states are planning to introduce similar laws in the near future.
There is an overwhelming majority of American Citizens who are strongly want a law similar to Az to be enacted in their states.

The SB 1070 is already working! Although an accurate count can not be made at this time, one school district (still in session) said parents of 70 students yanked their kids out of school citing the new law as the reason. According to Homeland Security in 2007 a mass exodus of 100,000 took place, after Arizona enacted a similar law to this one. Reports of illegals saying no one will pick them up for day labor, they don't want to be harassed, it's racism are among the remarks being used from people leaving Arizona.

Sorry folks, it's the law! States have the duty to uphold Federal Laws and it is illegal to be in this country without proper documentation. Arizona is simply doing what the Federal Government refuses to do. Get with it and quit crying, go back to your cherished homeland you do not want to give up! Don't go to another state, soon that state too will wake up and give you the boot! More and more the citizens are waking up to the added expense the illegals are costing us. We don't want your drug dealers, kidnappers, murderers, human traffickers and illegals in this country. Obama wake up, your desire for amnesty for all illegals can not and should not happen!

Arizona has several law suits pending action. Organizations such as the ACLU, the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the National Immigration Law Center, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, ACLU of Arizona, National Day Laborer Organizing Network and the Asian Pacific American Legal Center (a member of the Asian American Center for Advancing Justice) have filed federal a lawsuit against the state's sheriffs and county attorneys.  Related article

There are many other lawsuits coming forth from Az police, a legal citizen from DC, illegal immigrants, the city of Tuscon and other organizations.   Related article

Arizona's Attorney General Terry Goddard (D) strongly opposes SB1070, and is named in the lawsuits. Gov. Brewer(R) believes there will be conflicts of interest if he is to represent the State of Arizona. Both are running on their respective parties tickets for Governor   Related article

It is not official yet, but Hillary Clinton announced Thurs. 6/17/10 that The Department of Justice is filing suit against Arizona. She announced it on Ecuador TV. Apparently Clinton does not have the authorization to make such an announcement.

Besides the lawsuits to contend with Governor Jan Brewer has to deal with the support of all the illegal last year Arizona dished out a whopping $2.7 billion. The state also has to deal with all the drug cartels and human traffickers. The border towns are on constant alert to watch for the danger. The citizens of her state overwhelming want border security. Cries for help go unanswered from the Federal Government.

Yesterday was two weeks since the 'anointed one' blessed her with a few minutes of his time. Within the last two weeks he was supposed to send a committee to assess the situation along the border. As is common with Slow Show Obama nothing has been done. Quite a while back the border states were promised 1200 troops and allocated $5 million. I think the troops are now aiding the Gulf Coast States, to heck with Arizona!

Arizona is introducing another bill that the state will not issue birth certificates to Anchor Babies. Read my previous article "Deporting US Citizens" about the 14th Amendment and it's proposed meaning.

Cities, States, and organizations are boycotting Arizona for doing what the Federal Government Refuses to do! RednecksForAmericans.com has a petition to boycott ALL the Boycotters of Arizona. Show your support, sign the petition now!

I believe the companies, individuals, cities and states who are against Arizona and their strong stance on illegal immigration do not want the borders closed. They are trying to pass amnesty for ALL the illegals, which in the end will destroy this great country. For years the Socialistic Democrats have fought for illegal rights. It is time to stand up against them and let our Congress members know we don't want amnesty for the illegals. That can not be even discussed until we have SECURED OUR BORDERS. If we started amnesty and leave the borders open, we will be consumed with illegals.

Since when does an illegal have the right to sue a state in which they are living? I think that is an outrage and a farce to our justice system. There should not be any laws that protect the rights of illegal lawbreakers. Immediate deportation should be enacted as soon as an illegal is identified. This sleazy administration needs to get on the ball and whip this country back together. Read the understand the Constitution Congress don't make us another Socialistic third world country.

  1. What a disgrace to sue a state who is upholding Federal Laws. This administration should be abolished. Unbelievably, I just now heard on Fox News that the DOJ is indeed going to sue Arizona over SB1070. They are saying Governor Brewer is livid.
Arizona knows the People of the US are behind them. She will fight back aggressively!

  2. Go for it Arizona! We the people are behind you!
Is it legal for an illegal to sue the state? If it is legal I think its quite unethical. I do not think anchor babies should be automatically made citizens. They come from a background of lawbreakers and should be deported if their parents are.
If the country won't stand up for the Constitution than the states will have to take matters into their own hands. Maybe that's why Obama doesn't like SB1070.

  3. Well, I say give ‘em hell Governor, if they want to play hardball then, “Play Ball!” WE THE PEOPLE are 100% behind you. Obama and Holder are so far removed from reality that they should be committed to a nut house. So don’t let the socialist windbags of the east get to you, do what you have to do Governor because it is the right thing to do. They are trying to tear this country apart. I think he wants civil unrest so that he can turn this country into a socialist country. He is trying to bankrupt us and he wants an open border. This is how you take over a country you implode it then you rebuild it. This man is dangerous.

  4. Why does everyone think the law is so good? When you take children away from the family nothing good comes from it. We are all people looking for the same thing, freedom. Let's hope the day comes when we can all live together as one world for each other.

  5. I think it's good, because then I'm not having to support a bunch of illegals that the majority of them want a free ride. No one is saying separate the children from the parents, take them back home with you and raise them like good parents are supposed to.
Yes we all are looking for freedom, but freedom has to be earned, not given away. I'll believe that we can all live together with each other when I see a bunch of terrorists stop trying to kill Americans. I might add to that, it would be nice to see and administration not trying to destroy the American way.

The ACLU causes more trouble for America than any other organization. They are so out of control and have Obama's full support. ACLU is against everything our Constitution stands for. We need to abolish the unions in this country.
Arizona is protecting their state and also the whole country with their new law. For far to long our country has ignored the immigration laws and just allowed anyone to enter the US.
Wow, Anon, you think the world can live together as one? Just who do you think is the person who should rule the world? That is what Obama wants to do and he can't even govern the United States right. Just imagine what a mess the world would be in if that happens. Scary thought.

  7. I heard it is official the DoJ is suing Arizona and Governor Brewer says she will fight back. Go for it Jan and Arizona, the majority of the country is backing you.
I am glad for the citizens of Arizona that the new law apparently is working and illegals are leaving like they did years ago. I hope it is a bigger exodus than before.
The shame of it is that most of these people will go to another state instead of fleeing back to their homeland. They will become a burden to another state. That's not the change this country needs.

  8. What you wrote about has no merit. in order for a hillbilly to understand, your comment sucks. Everyone has rights why don't you get off the internet?

  9. Manuel, why don't you go back to Mexico? You don't belong here. It is stupid illegals with your attitude that is ruining this country. If you are hanging around here hoping for amnesty, I think you are in for a big surprise. Amnesty more than likely will not reach Congress any time soon, and when it does the borders will be closed!

  10. We have elected all those in power that are openly choosing to destroy our way of life and country and they go against what we the people want time and again the past several years, 2009 - 2010 have been the WORST.

I am supporting Arizona 100%. Good luck fighting back.
The only way the govt might back off is by boycotting everyone that is against Arizona yup * and then they will ultimately feel the pinch also right?
So far everything the govt has been degrading everything and our Constitution so I fear this AZ law won't matter, just like everything else. Signs of it are evident..
Stand up Americans and Boycott those that speak against Arizona's law !!
    This all is such B.S.

  11. PP and everyone, please stand by Arizona. Do not have any dealings with those who are boycotting Arizona. Sign our petition: http://gopetition.com/petitions/boycott-those-who-boycott-arizona.html

I understand a small town in Nebraska voted yesterday to make it illegal to hire or rent to illegals. How many more cities and states will follow.

It is great to see We The People finally speaking up for our rights! We have a long haul ahead of us and can only make a change if we unite!

  12. When the bonds of government stand against our Constitution as to the rights of a state, Where do our Fore-Fathers words come in as to the justification of protecting the people?

The corridors of the WhiteHouse and Congress reek with the stench of Lawmakers who DESTROY our Contstition. The American people are the ones they are supposed to represent. Where has this happened?

As amnesty is pushed by the Commander In Chump, I'm sorry, I mean chief, we have Obama, Nancy and Reid backing it. Where does reality to the American people actually set in?

We have cartels on the Texas border who will start a crossfire on our border agents, why don't we get back to reality and dispose of the Bas-----?

I disagree with you on many subjects so give me an answer to this. When I was in a war the purpose was to defeat the enemy, by any means you could.

Deanie, I think F-Fighter said it like it is. I was on the website and got blocked off so this post could go up. Government is pushing this country and the people who pay their taxes into a corner that we can't afford anymore.
I was going to say something mean but I want to hear your answer.
I don't want to support illegals, as you don't, What is the answer to the problem? Tell Us.
Why don't we stand by our State's Constituitons and make America work?

  14. I wish we had more people like her in office. the lady stands up for what she believes in
if more people could do this especially the one in the whitehouse this would be a better world.

  15. Well, God Bless Jan Brewer, the Arizona State Legislature and God Bless America.

  16. Texan, you are right God Bless Jan Brewer. She has awoken the country to the non-support for this country by our government.
If we do not do anything about securing the border the lefties can not even think about amnesty for the all the illegals.
We can't solve this problem alone maybe together we can do somehting. We are going to have to as the Federal Government is just going to sit back and take a vacation!
