Government Supports Sharia Law - No Pat Downs

TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has enacted stiff new laws for airport screening, much to the chagrin of many travelers. As the days go by we are hearing more horror stories about uncalled for invasions to a persons personal body parts. The full body scan is very invasive to many people and they are opting out for various reasons. When they opt out or are in airports without full body scanners, they are given a body pat down. A Homeland Security newly enacted law allows TSA workers to do a complete body pat down. TSA agents are not telling the people what or when different body parts will be invaded by them.

I just read a blog written by a young mother traveling with her infant son who went through all the standard procedures she had endured on previous trips. After the agents went through all her carry-on belongings she was told to stand with her legs apart for a pat down. The agent did NOT inform her of the new law or what she was going to do. I can only imagine the humiliation this young woman went through. She was NOT told she could have the pat down done in a private room.

After the screening and body search was complete and she was told she was free to move on,  "I stood there, an American citizen, a mom traveling with a baby with special needs formula, sexually assaulted by a government official. I began shaking and felt completely violated, abused and assaulted by the TSA agent." The young mother has posted the whole story on her blogsite,
Our Little Chatterboxes  Please read it and let her know you stand behind her. She has Patriotically contacted her attorney. She has a final thought to share with all of us; “It is acceptable and encouraged that a TSA government official can do something to an American citizen that US military personnel cannot do to a member of the Taliban.”

In another TSA related incident a 71 year old man had his pants yanked down to his ankles in front of other travelers! The man had an artificial knee but the uncaring agents eager to exercise their authority without any warning to the man humiliated the man so much he did not make his 50th anniversary trip to Florida with his wife. Watch the video of this man's ordeal.

These are just a few of the atrocities inexperienced TSA agents are putting travelers through.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has informed Muslim travelers to where their hijabs when traveling and to exercise their Sharia Law rights: “It is a violation of clear Islamic teaching that men or women be seen naked by other men and women,” the ruling states. “Islam highly emphasizes haya (modesty) and considers it part of the faith. The Qu’ran has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts.” Women are told only to allow a pat down of their head and neck Supposedly Homeland Security is making exceptions for the Muslims, they will NOT be subject to full body scanners and full or partial body pat downs.

It is deplorable to think that a Catholic Nun must go through the scanners and pat downs but a Muslim will not be subjected to them. I do believe it is against Catholic religion to be sexually assaulted by anyone in any manner. Where are their religious rights?
From a very young age we are taught not to let anyone see or touch our personal parts. Now we are told to let complete strangers do just that! The morals we were taught as young people are being stripped from us by the government and because we apparently do not have any laws forbidding us to expose ourselves to strangers our right to privacy is being ignored. Elderly women are particularly modest about showing their private areas to anyone. This type of screening can leave devastating effects to those who have any sense of modesty.

CAIR is sending a message out to terrorists, be sure to wear your hijabs when traveling, you will not be subjected to a search and you can also insist that you will pat down your head and neck and then let them test your hands for any explosive residue that may be hidden in your scarf. Although it is not common in the Muslim world for women to carry out terrorist acts, what's to say that the men will not dress as women and insist they do their own pat downs.

It is frightening to think innocent Americans who love this country will go through these ordeals
and the very people we are fighting will not be subject to the searches.
Is our government more concerned with the wishes of the Muslims and their rights
or are they afraid to deny the Muslims and Sharia Law?

  1. There are pros and cons with the new TSA rules. I do feel safer flying knowing people are being searched before boarding a plane. I would elect the body scan vs. the new pat down.

It is not Constitutional that the Muslims should be given a waiver from either form of search. If I was boarding a plane and there were Muslims there who refused to be searched, I would not get on the plane.

  2. Once again I ask the question: "Is there no area of our lives that this government is willing to stay out of?"

  3. No groin grippin' panty waist is going to mess with me trying to get on a plane. That's reserved for a few and I MEAN very few. TSA is going to have to change their policies and work with the people or the airlines will put in a financial bind. If TSA continues, I would like to see that happen.

  4. The authority given to supposedly highly trained TSA Agents needs to be reconsidered.

The man with an artificial knee should never have had his pants dropped to his knees. I just learned that a long time stewardess and survivor of breast cancer had to remove her artificial bra.

There are so many horror stories being reported daily. TSA and our government need to know that the Agents are highly trained in their so called body pats. They are taught how to do them, but not about the affects it has on the travelers. They should be taught to handle each person as an individual.

  5. Living in the bay area, I will not be flying out of SF any time soon. I do not want a bunch of pansy TSA agents drooling over my body when I pass through the scanner. Nor do I want the limp wristed liberals to give me a pat down. The thought makes me want to through up!

If a Muslim does not have to be subjected to this kind of harassment neither should any of us.

  6. Personally, I don't give a rat's ass about how well a TSA agent is trained and I don't give a fluffy fart about how comfortable they may or may not feel in the invasion of MY privacy and the modesty and dignity of my family and friends. Safety is the important but not the only consideration. A LOOMING QUESTION is, Why has TSA and Homeland Security so readily given up on the proven successful security method of ElAl and the Isralies in favor of degrading and insulting assaults on all passangers except Muslim women? BEATS ME! WE ARF ALL CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTORS! I for one will not submit to that uncalled for violation. I won't go that route....I'll just do the Route 66 thing and see the USA in my Chevrolet. When lawmakers, government agencies and airlines come to their senses and initiate safe and reasonable security policies, they can let me know and maybe they will regain my trust....

  7. Wes, none of us are overly fond of what TSA is doing but maybe you should read RR's theory to the solution; if it has to happen to me, give me a brawny 6'4" single agent, making a lot of money and looking for a friendship. LOL

  8. We are being taken for a communist ride. The Muslims, the ones that caused our country to go wild with phony security, they, are given a pass. So how are we safer? We aren't. This is one more humiliation and control against us. Do you really think these TSA "agents" are any smarter than other government workers in welfare, motor vehicle, Medicaid, Social Security offices? They are affirmative action slobs. Another thing: muslims are TSA agents..therefore, what is to stop them from letting one of their own slip on by with bombs, weapons, etc? Do these TSA agents change their gloves after each pat down? Do they have head lice, AIDS, psoriasis, cooties...themselves? The more we give away our liberties, the harder it will be to get them back.
Funny, Israel uses profiling. What is wrong with that? That makes the most sense. Are we trying to secure Americans or is this government using this phony security to allow the terrorists to gain control? Seems its the latter. And Michael Chertoff is making money off the scanners. When is America going to rise up against the machine?

  9. So many horror stories coming out daily. This is disgusting. They have gone to far. We need to stand up and unite and demand RACIAL PROFILING and get some sense of sanity back to our once great nation. Not only will it stop the bs at airports but our own country's freedom will be preserved and we can stop the criminals and others that sneak into our country and have more money, rights and freedoms than we now have !

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY * WAKE UP AMERICANS

  10. nan and pp I agree the Israeli use of profiling seems to be working for them. This country has got to come up with a better system for their screening. If they don't I think the airlines will soon be out of business and our country will be bailing them out again. The insanity has got to stop. No more invasion of our privacy.

  11. I heard that a TSA agent said Sen. Boehnner did not have to be screened as he is the house speaker elect. What a bunch of bull! NO ONE should be exempt from the screenings. I don't care who they are.
