Obama has been preaching to the citizens of this Country to "tighten your belts in this unstable economy". He has even gone so far as to tell the Country we do not need to spend our money in Vegas. Which vastly hurt Las Vegas' economy. In other words we should not have any freedom to spend our money as we see fit. We, The People, have been doing all we can to make ends meet and most of us enjoy very little or no entertainment. Our unemployment rate is at an all time high. Our Country's deficit continues to grow and we are worried and mad. It appears to me that when this president speaks and tells us what to do he, his administration and his family do not need to follow his orders, they do just the opposite.

We all know Michelle and Sasha took a fantastic vacation to Spain. There is much controversy about the cost and who is paying for it. According to the law, the government does not pay for personal trips for the first family. The cost of the round trip air flight is about $178,000. The room rates at the Villa the Obama's stayed in range from $400 to $6,500 per night! Apparently the First Family is to pay for the expense of the Air Force jet and any other expenses.

What does irk me is the money we, the taxpayers, will have to pay for all the security guards to go on vacation with Michelle and Sasha. We pay for ALL their expenses. For security reasons, we aren't allowed to know how much of our money was wasted so Michelle could live like a queen!

Obama wants to take from the rich and give to the poor! I am laughing about that, we sure don't see him reaching into HIS pocket to share his wealth with any of us! We have to cut the deficit he says, but at who's expense? Ours of course. He never has to live like we do and pay for insurance or wonder if he will have anything left for his retirement. He doesn't have to wonder about unemployment, he will continue to receive his current salary long after he is out of office. These new demands and laws he is putting on the citizens are more than we can afford. I still haven't heard what he ever did with the money he received from the Nobel Prize (which he should have had the decency to refuse). Supposedly he was going to give it to a charity.

The money this administration is blowing on frivolous actions is very degrading to our Country. Our Country should come first, but I don't feel our Country means anything to them. It appears to me that Obama is playing a game of Life, but never grew up and realized he is playing with real people, real businesses, and real money not a game board.

Michelle has 22 personal staff members, yes We pay their salaries. To see the list of titles and names check this out at Snopes. Obama has created 38 Czars, all of whom receive generous salaries from us. Past Presidents and First Ladies all had Czars and personal staff, but this is ridiculous. Never before have we had such spend-aholics in the White House. 

I am so appalled that the person who occupies 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. thinks he is so much better than us, that HE deserves to spend OUR money as he sees fit. We have given our children's futures to greedy Socialists. Not one of his expensive bills he has passed have the majority of the people wanted.

If none of the above pisses you off keep reading. 

The arrogant pres was scheduled to give a lecture on the economy to a local DC business just 6 miles from his beloved oval office, a mere 20 minute drive through DC with his motorcade. Sounds like a pretty simple trip to me. The money spending Socialist didn't want to drive so he took Marine One on a 6 mile joyride! Marine One is the Presidential Helicopter, and always flies in groups of identical choppers, sometimes as many as 5. At the destination there is generally at least one fully dressed Marine to greet the President and a limousine is waiting. WE pay for all that.

I could not find any figures on the expenses we will pay for this flight, but I can imagine the humongous price tag we paid for his joyride. Years ago we frivolously chartered a very small helicopter (carried 2 passengers) for an hour flight and paid $400 for the ride. 

I can not imagine the cost of his 6 mile flight aboard Marine One for Obama and his entourage.

According to CBS News this is his 300th trip aboard Marine One.

We need to work on our Representatives and Senators to pass new laws that will curtail some of the frivolous spending our government does. They are cheating us out of our Country.

Liberals, Your Health Care Lies and Deceit Will Defeat You!

"We have to pass the bill before we can see what is in it." When Nancy Pelosi proudly blurted those words out we were all too appalled. Now that we are learning all the hidden little items that were installed in the giant bill were overlooked by many House members. The great unjustice this government has passed on to us and our children can not be taken lightly. We were promised from day one of Obama's administration we would not see an increase in taxes. Obamacare was not supposed to add any more taxes on us. All I can see is no end to the taxation this administration is imposing on us.

With most of the country already in an uproar over Obamacare or properly named the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, here is one more hidden addendum for us to beware of; Section 9006 of the Act is bringing more resentment for this bill and this Socialistic, Communistic administration.

We all know buying and selling gold has been an action many investors have taken recently in this recession. When they sell their precious metals, they will receive a 1099 form from the buyer. Taxes will be charged to the seller based on the selling price!

Starting Jan. 1, 2012, Form 1099s will become a means of reporting to the Internal Revenue Service the purchases of all goods and services by small businesses and self-employed people that exceed $600 during a calendar year. Precious metals such as coins and bullion fall into this category and coin dealers have been among those most rankled by the change. 

This new tax code will bring in an estimated $17 billion in revenue.

Coin dealers are in an outrage over this action, as they buy precious metals and coins from other dealers and the public. If a dealer purchases more than $600 in gold from an individual he will have to issue a 1099 Form to the buyer.

Liberty coin Service deals with about 1,000 customers per week say Pat Heller (owner). He estimates he will have to hire 2 full time employees to do nothing but handle the paper work for an estimated 10 to 20 thousand tax forms that will have to be filed with the IRS. This will definitely cut into his profits.

The office of the National Taxpayer Advocate, a citizen's ombudsman within the IRS, issued a report June 30 that said the new rule "may present significant administrative challenges to taxpayers and the IRS."

CNN's article, Health care law's massive, hidden tax change is very informative. Businesses will be swamped with an excess of tax paper work.
Right now, the IRS Form 1099 is used to document income for individual workers other than wages and salaries. Freelancers receive them each year from their clients, and businesses issue them to the independent contractors they hire.
But under the new rules, if a freelance designer buys a new iMac from the Apple Store, they'll have to send Apple a 1099. A laundromat that buys soap each week from a local distributor will have to send the supplier a 1099 at the end of the year tallying up their purchases. 

Where tangible goods were exempt from this law, now they will be subject to IRS rules and require 1099s issued to not only individuals , but corporations as well.


Be careful folks Big Brother is arriving. They are forcing us to leave a paper trail that will travel from the poor individual trying to make a living to the large corporations. The small business man will suffer the most, as he more than likely does not have the knowledge to understand this or the means to hire a full time accountant to take care of these matters.

We own a mobile home park and if I interpret what I have read, each tenant will be responsible for sending me a 1099 at the end of the year, if we receive more than $600 from them. The same applies to the very small water utility company we own. We will be flooded with the burden of handling a lot more paperwork. I also do not like the idea of giving my private information to a bunch of tenants I may evict sometime during the year.

I am also under the understanding if I have a giant garage sale and someone offers me $700 for the entire lot he will be required to send me a 1099 form for junk I no longer need.

This being the case it is imposing a double tax on many items. If I buy a $2000 piece of equipment and the economy goes down; I have to sell it for $1000, I will have to pay tax again on it. 

People want to know "What this has to do with the health care bill and why weren't we told of this earlier?" The only way I can answer this question is you have Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the other Liberals who say they are representing you while lies continue to be their agenda to thank!

The Union Is Hiring Non-Union Employees! What's Going On?

With the extremely high unemployment rate and no end in sight, skilled and non-skilled workers, seniors and college graduates are finding unusual work in the strangest places. And most of them have no idea what, why or who they are representing.

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters is hiring  Nonunion Workers to protest work being done by nonunion carpenters! The reason being; it's difficult for union members to come out due to parking or something else.

The fake union protesters are being paid minimum wage ($8.25 per hour) to walk around with signs and sound off! George Eisner, the union's director of organization says the "extra feet help the union staff about 150 picket lines in DC and Baltimore each day."

Imagine the Union actually hiring NON-UNION workers to protest the hiring of non-union workers. It seems a bit contradictory to me!

People looking for jobs can go online and get a job as a paid activist, representing groups that are against offshore drilling and groups to support the Constitution of the United States. I do not think the job qualifications are very steep. Just about anyone will get hired.

Sounds crazy, but the trend is growing and most of the paid activists don't care what they are supporting or against, all they know is they are receiving an income.

One organization in Calif. will pay $10 per hour and up for Stand-in activists to to carry signs banning foam cups and plastic bags. (That's gotta be in S.F. I'll be whacko Nancy is all for it!)

The fall elections will be influenced by the Faith and Freedom Network in Bellevue, Wash. The group is seeking activists willing to work for $10 per hour to promote statewide candidates with Judeo-Christian values. Their job will require them to go door to door and meet in mass, hopefully drawing media attention.

A baseball fanatic from Chicago posted and ad on Craigslist offering to pay anyone who attended the Cubs opening day at Wrigley Stadium. Sorry folks this job no longer exists - Opening day was in April! The cause was to stop a huge sign that would block people's view of the stadium from high rises. There were only 50 people who showed up to get their signs.

Stephen Borlik, a recent college graduate found the available job opportunities discouraging and is now receiving $13/hr. working as a fund raiser for Care. To maintain his position with Care, he must meet a weekly quota of 2 new donors per day donating a minimum of $20 each.

Do the math if he only meets his daily quota of $40 and works an 8 hour shift he gets paid $104. How can Care, an antipoverty nonprofit organization

have any money to help the poor?

People are taking jobs like these because it is better than not working at all. The majority of us have encountered fundraisers and protesters like this before. I am shocked to think that I actually believed they were doing that because they believed in a cause and not for money.

Now that I think about it, when I would ask about their program most of them did not know very much about it and would hand me a brochure.

This has truly become a country of protesters and demonstrators. I remember helping my mother stuff envelopes and going door to door for the March of Dimes and various other organizations she volunteered for.

Where have all the compassionate people gone who would do these things for free because they believed in the cause?

I will continue to protest at Tea Parties because I believe in fighting for our Constitution and our Countries Freedom. You will never see a paid protester attend one of those!

True Patriots and Believers will never take money for the future of this Country.

Sadly I think the Far Left would go to that extreme to get what they want.

Az Lawsuit - Another Ploy For Minority Votes?

From day one, the Obama administration has been refuting the wishes of the majority of Americans. I won't go into all the details since we all know what they are.
Arizona's SB 1070 has been under fire since it's conception, by this administration, the ACLU, states, cities and various organizations. Obama has claimed this bill as misguided and irresponsible. Despite frantic calls from Az. Governor Jan Brewer, he has shown his irresponsibility by refusing to meet with her. He finally granted her a few minutes of his precious time last month, I am sure as a result of pressure from the media.

From the day he was sworn into office as the President of the United States, he has shown partiality towards the Hispanic and minority communities. He has promised the Illegal Aliens (the majority of whom are Hispanic) complete amnesty. Which he has yet to fulfill.

He started a racial problem with a college professor (whom he knew) and a law officer, which resulted in a solve-nothing "Beer Summit." As if that was going to stop, what he interfered in, to begin the aspect of racial profiling.

As time goes on it is obvious this man disrespects the United States of America. I wonder why he just doesn't resign and go ruin someone else's country.

After his refusal to send assistance to the border states, Arizona decided to uphold the Constitution of The United states of America and pass SB1070. The short bill (17 pages) is patterned after the Constitution, and the states are obligated to uphold the Constitution. That is what is Arizona is doing. The law specifically specifies there cannot be any racial profiling in asking for identification and citizenship status.

Although Obama has ridiculed the bill on moral disapproval, his Department of Justice is suing the State of Arizona and Governor Jan Brewer. Read the Lawsuit it is only 25 pages double spaced.

The administration stresses the lawsuit is about the law and it's legalities, they claim Az is trying to enforce immigration status and that is the the federal government's responsibility and not the states.

All this leaves one to wonder if this is not another campaign ploy to get the Hispanic voters on the side of the Democrats. Polls show over 70% of voters favor SB1070, I do not think there will be enough Hispanic voters turn out at the polls this November to help the Democrats. I live in Lubbock, Texas where Hispanics are the majority, and I have not met one who believes the bill will promote racial profiling. Many of the Hispanics voted for Obama, but shortly thereafter have changed their party affiliation. They do NOT want amnesty for ALL illegals. And the DO approve of SB1070 and say they will be proud to show their identity.

Has the Obama administration overstepped it's bounds by suing Arizona? There are already states and organizations and even an illegal suing. Many scholars believe the lawsuits will not stand up in court, including the DOJ's. Arizona is already strapped financially and they are asking for donations to aid in their defense. Now the Federal Government is suing Az for the same complaints, why add the burden of a Federal lawsuit to the state of Az. Why am I going to pay for a non-American government to sue an American State. That's right you and I will be paying the bill. I will donate gladly for the defense of Arizona, but my tax dollars will be paid very begrudgingly.

Greta van Susteren of Fox News has a great blog out about the DOJ's lawsuit, here is just on excerpt from the lawsuit filed with the court:

"If allowed to go into effect, SB 1070's mandatory enforcement scheme will conflict with and undermine the federal government's careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities and objectives..." (paragraph 4 of the lawsuit)

Greta's response: "If I were representing Arizona, I would want to know who wrote the above. Why should the government's "careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities" give the feds green light to ignore violations of the law? We have laws so we all know where the line is and the Feds can't keep moving the lines. And how can the fed government's objectives be anything but lawful enforcement of the law it has written and passed? If the feds don't want to enforce a law, the feds should abolish the law. Selective enforcement is not right - either enforce the law or get rid of it."


Gov. Brewer's response to the lawsuit filed by the DOJ: "It is wrong that our own federal government is suing the people of Arizona for helping to enforce federal immigration law. As a direct result of failed and inconsistent federal enforcement, Arizona is under attack from violent Mexican drug and immigrant smuggling cartels," she said in a written statement. "Now, Arizona is under attack in federal court from President Obama and his Department of Justice." She also accused the Obama administration of a "massive waste of taxpayer funds."

I believe Obama will do anything he can to get the minority votes. If we have an honest Justice System he will not win this lawsuit on the grounds he filed on. What do you think?

The Stupidity Of Our Elected Officials - THE BORDERS ARE SAFE

Congressman Pete Stark (Ca-R) is one of the most obnoxious men I have ever heard of. Stark blatantly mocks Golden Gate Minuteman Steve Kemp for wanting to ask a question. At a town hall meeting he asked Steve "Who are you going to kill today?" The whole meeting was nothing but mockery coming from Stark's mouth.

Minuteman Kemp asked him about the Federal Government's failure to respond to border security, with a sneer the Congressman responded, "We can't get enough Minutemen armed. We'd like to get all the Minutemen armed so they can stop shooting people here." (I didn't know the Minutemen were shooting People.) The audience became agitated.

When asked by his constituents to answer the question seriously, he simply said: "If you knew anything about our borders, you would know that's not the case. Our borders are quite secure, thank you,"

Later Stark asked Steve what he would do to secure the border. Steve replied send 25,000 troops and build a fence. The Ca. Representative replied with yet another tactless remark: "But I've got to know how high the wall is and I'll sell a whole lot of ladders for people who want to come," Stark said.
"This is a very serious matter and you're sitting there making fun of it," the Minuteman responded.
"I don't have to make fun of you sir, you do a fine job all by yourself," Stark said.
Watch the Video! This guy isn't joking. He answered all the questions in the same disgusting, non-caring obnoxious manner.

This is only one of many rather slanderous attacks the Representative has made on constitutients and other elected officials. Don't forget in 2007 Stark's outlandish statement that raised outrage throughout the country. Referring to Bush's deployment of soldiers to Iraq Stark said, "to get their heads blown off for the president's amusement." How that moron continues to get re-elected is beyond me, he has been in office for 38 years and holds the title of having the 5th worst voting record in Congress. Unbelievably, it looks like he will win in November. Wake up California! Is this the kind of person you want representing you? I don't!

Oh My Gosh! BREAKING NEWS - This Administration has finally figured out a way to help Arizona solve their border problem. While we were asleep they voted to move the entire State of Arizona to the interior of our country! There one more problem solved, Arizona no longer shares a border with Mexico. You don't believe me? Watch this video as Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors member Peggy West says Mexico and Arizona Do Not Share a border! Where did that dingbat come from?

Secretary of State Hilda Solis says undocumented workers should be paid equal wages! We are just going to turn our backs on US Immigrations Laws to enforce equal pay for illegals! Basically the Government is saying they will do nothing to the illegals if they report themselves so they can receive more money. The stupidity of this! With employment at an all time high, employers are going to have to pay equal and fair wages to illegals! If this happens, then the Liberal's precious illegals will no longer be necessary in this Country, so they can just return to Mexico and let the Legal Citizens have the jobs. Actually this would solve lots of problems, Obama could just forget about his amnesty plans.

Gov Jan Brewer asked for 6,000 troops to aide in the Border and will get 1200 (maybe) to do mostly paper work, not protect Arizona and the USA. I wonder if the lame-brain in DC will be giving the troops "How To Screw The US" brochures to hand to all the illegals as they are processing them.

Although the Obama Administration continues to state, ''The Borders Are Safe And Secure" they did erect some well worded signs that should make any visitor to Arizona feel welcome.  Since the  illegals are Not a threat to us and we need to give them amnesty, I wonder why the Fed Gov posted signs saying "smuggling and illegal immigration may be encountered in this area." Another says "travel not recommended" due to "active drug and human smuggling" routes.

There are 3500 acres of Arizona Federal Land that is occupied by illegals and drug cartels who have set up armed guards. The area is deemed dangerous because of smuggling routes.

All this makes me feel SAFE! Yeah Right..  It is reassuring to know we have so many pea-brains in office leading our country in the right direction. Ha! Tell me they are not the epitome of stupidity.
We better wake up America only We The People can change the direction our country is going. We don't need any more Muslim, Anti America, non-caring, obnoxious, dimwitted morons in office.

Will Our Borders EVER Be Secure?

Drug Cartel threatens Arizona law officers after off duty cops bust drug smugglers. Police Chief Jeffrey Kirkham told Fox News he learned of the threat through an informer; "Mexican drug cartel will put them in its crosshairs if they conduct off-duty busts."

"The word was that these particular officers would be targeted if they were ever in that area again and were not on duty and intercepted any drug trafficking," Kirkham said. "It said they should look the other way."

Earlier this month two off-duty police officers were out for a leisurely horseback ride in an area east of the small Arizona border town of Nogales. They stumbled upon some drug smugglers and confiscated 400 pounds of marijuana. Unfortunately, the smugglers were able to get back across the basically unfenced border. The two unidentified (for obvious reasons) officers and the entire 62 member police force is on heightened alert. Kirkham has told them to be armed when they are off duty.

Now we have Mexican Nationals sending threats to our lawmakers because they seized the dope they were illegally smuggling into this country! But don't worry folks our borders are safe according to Napolitano and the idiot occupying the white House. They have the situation under control. In the areas where there is double reinforced fencing statistics show as much as a 95% decline in illegal invasion into this country. For some dumb reason the Department of Homeland does not think the fences work. States, cities and citizens across this country realize the great problem we have with the illegals and are having to take the bull by the horns and protect themselves because our "Slow Show Obama" just doesn't care about our country.

Get on the ball NOW, before it is too late Obama.

With this administration's continued disregard for our Federal Immigration Laws cities and states are being forced to make laws to uphold the Laws of the USA Constitution.

Everybody knows that SB 1070, Gov. Jan Brewer and the state of Arizona are being sued and challenged by cities, states, illegals, and even the countries of Mexico AND The United States of America!! People, organizations, cities, states and countries are boycotting Arizona, hurting the local businesses and industries. What a bunch of bull. I hope all the illegals go to your states and cities and you will have to support them.

Now even the Feds are getting in on the boycott. The cancellations to conventions by the Department of Education and of all things the U.S. Border Patrol are really big shockers. The cancellations of these two departments may be more to steer clear of controversy rather than to boycott.  Article 

The small town of Fremont Nebraska passed a law on June 21, 2010 to ban the hiring of or renting property to illegal aliens. Opposers of the new ordinance feel it will create discrimination. Of course the ACLU has said if the ordinance passed that would be considered racial profiling and they would sue. I'm sure the Department of Justice will also be going after the town of Fremont.

Sheriff Arvin West of Hudsbeth County, Texas tells the citizens of his county to arm themselves, he doesn't have the manpower to protect them. Don't worry The Texas Civillian Militia will be standing by!

What the heck has happened to this country? Bush at least did start to build the border fence, which the POTUS quickly halted upon taking office. Bush did not do much to deport all the illegals. But then again the borders have to be secured before we can do anything with the illegal aliens in this country. It is too easy for them to come right back.

My gosh, we have to do something, not only are illegal Mexican Nationals entering this country through our Southern borders but the Mexicans are training terrorist from the Mid East to act like Mexicans so they won't be so easily detected on our soil. Somolian Terrorist are noted for using the Mexico/USA border as a means for entering our VERY UNSECURED BORDER.

I just heard that Border Agents will now have a lower over time cap than they previously were allowed. Agents daily put in an average of 2 hours in overtime. The current overtime pay they are allowed to receive is $35,000, the cap will be lowered to $30,000 per year. Sounds like a lot doesn't it? I think not! Starting salary for Border Patrol Agents is a measley $36,600 to do such a hazardous job.  Related Article

Despite Backlash Jan Brewer Stands Her Ground

Arizona's new immigration law has reached new highs. Not only are there protesters against the law, but supporters of the law are gathering in every state. The controversial law is setting forth precedents for other states to follow. Michigan, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania are a few states with legislation before their state congress. Texas along with other states are planning to introduce similar laws in the near future.
There is an overwhelming majority of American Citizens who are strongly want a law similar to Az to be enacted in their states.

The SB 1070 is already working! Although an accurate count can not be made at this time, one school district (still in session) said parents of 70 students yanked their kids out of school citing the new law as the reason. According to Homeland Security in 2007 a mass exodus of 100,000 took place, after Arizona enacted a similar law to this one. Reports of illegals saying no one will pick them up for day labor, they don't want to be harassed, it's racism are among the remarks being used from people leaving Arizona.

Sorry folks, it's the law! States have the duty to uphold Federal Laws and it is illegal to be in this country without proper documentation. Arizona is simply doing what the Federal Government refuses to do. Get with it and quit crying, go back to your cherished homeland you do not want to give up! Don't go to another state, soon that state too will wake up and give you the boot! More and more the citizens are waking up to the added expense the illegals are costing us. We don't want your drug dealers, kidnappers, murderers, human traffickers and illegals in this country. Obama wake up, your desire for amnesty for all illegals can not and should not happen!

Arizona has several law suits pending action. Organizations such as the ACLU, the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the National Immigration Law Center, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, ACLU of Arizona, National Day Laborer Organizing Network and the Asian Pacific American Legal Center (a member of the Asian American Center for Advancing Justice) have filed federal a lawsuit against the state's sheriffs and county attorneys.  Related article

Arizona's Attorney General Terry Goddard (D) strongly opposes SB1070, and is named in the lawsuits. Gov. Brewer(R) believes there will be conflicts of interest if he is to represent the State of Arizona. Both are running on their respective parties tickets for Governor   Related article

It is not official yet, but Hillary Clinton announced Thurs. 6/17/10 that The Department of Justice is filing suit against Arizona. She announced it on Ecuador TV. Apparently Clinton does not have the authorization to make such an announcement.

Besides the lawsuits to contend with Governor Jan Brewer has to deal with the support of all the illegal last year Arizona dished out a whopping $2.7 billion. The state also has to deal with all the drug cartels and human traffickers. The border towns are on constant alert to watch for the danger. The citizens of her state overwhelming want border security. Cries for help go unanswered from the Federal Government.

Yesterday was two weeks since the 'anointed one' blessed her with a few minutes of his time. Within the last two weeks he was supposed to send a committee to assess the situation along the border. As is common with Slow Show Obama nothing has been done. Quite a while back the border states were promised 1200 troops and allocated $5 million. I think the troops are now aiding the Gulf Coast States, to heck with Arizona!

I believe the companies, individuals, cities and states who are against Arizona and their strong stance on illegal immigration do not want the borders closed. They are trying to pass amnesty for ALL the illegals, which in the end will destroy this great country. For years the Socialistic Democrats have fought for illegal rights. It is time to stand up against them and let our Congress members know we don't want amnesty for the illegals. That can not be even discussed until we have SECURED OUR BORDERS. If we started amnesty and leave the borders open, we will be consumed with illegals.

Since when does an illegal have the right to sue a state in which they are living? I think that is an outrage and a farce to our justice system. There should not be any laws that protect the rights of illegal lawbreakers. Immediate deportation should be enacted as soon as an illegal is identified. This sleazy administration needs to get on the ball and whip this country back together. Read the understand the Constitution Congress don't make us another Socialistic third world country.
